Directions
The Shalleck Collaborative offices are located in the historic Hobart Building at 582 Market Street in downtown San Francisco where Post and Montgomery meet Market, and directly across from the end of 2nd Street. We are convenient to the Financial District, Union Square and SOMA. We are on the 20th floor, Suite 2002. Please sign in at the front desk and take the middle or left elevator.
Via BART, take any line that goes through San Francisco and exit at Montgomery Street Station. BART connects directly to the San Francisco Airport and with a shuttle to the Oakland Airport.
Via MUNI Metro take any line towards downtown and exit at the Montgomery Street Station.
There is a bicycle storage room in the building. Please see the front desk attendant.
Taxi service from the office is readily available in front of the Sheraton Palace Hotel on New Montgomery.
Street parking is very limited in downtown San Francisco. We recommend two parking garages convenient to the office: The valet garage below the Paramount Hotel off 3rd Street between Mission and Market — down the Jesse Street alley — is closest. We do not recommend the Hearst Parking Center — down the Stevenson Street alley off 3rd— due to security issues. Slightly further away is the Stockton Sutter Garage, which is on Sutter at Stockton Street, also accessible from Bush Street between Stockton and Grant.
Loading considerations: The Hobart Building has no loading parking or entry, however there are commercial loading zones half a block east on Market Street (towards the Ferry Building) and at the ends of Post and Montgomery Streets. Standard shipping palettes do fit in the front door, but do not fit on the elevator. The elevator doors open 36″ clear, and the elevator is 60″ deep. Please plan accordingly.
