About
Mireya joined The Shalleck Collaborative in 2024 as a draftsperson. She graduated from UC Riverside with a B.A. in Production and Design for Screen and Stage. Before joining Shalleck, Mireya worked on a wide range of productions; from intimate studio theater shows to high-energy musicals, previously taking on various roles such as Assistant Sound Designer, Board Op, Electrician, and Projection Programmer. With a foundation in both creative and technical disciplines, she has a strong understanding of how design translates into functional, real-world environments. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, attending live music shows, and keeping her nose in a good book.
Whether she’s combing through equipment lists, mixing live audio on the fly, or drafting new AV plans she’s all about creating engaging and immersive experiences and environments for both its front and back of house.
