Jedd brings a background in scenic design and production management to his work as a theatre consultant, combining creative perspective with a practical understanding of how performance spaces function every day. Before joining The Shalleck Collaborative in 2007, he worked in regional theatre across the country as a freelance scenic designer and production manager, supporting productions from concept through execution and gaining firsthand experience on both sides of the curtain.

A graduate of the Boston University School for the Arts with a BFA in Scenic Design, Jedd approaches each project through a scenographer’s lens — balancing artistic intent with technical performance, operational needs, and long-term flexibility. Now a Principal with the firm, he has helped plan and design theatres, auditoria, and production systems for dozens of facilities, with particular experience working alongside school districts, community colleges, and higher education clients.

Jedd collaborates closely with educators, administrators, architects, and design teams to create environments that support learning, performance, and community connection. Known for asking thoughtful questions and exploring every possibility, he helps clients develop facilities that are adaptable, durable, and ready to serve the next generation of performers and audiences alike. He is a member of the American Society of Theatre Consultants.
