Equal parts designer, problem-solver, and builder of systems, Graham serves as Senior AV Consultant and BIM Manager at The Shalleck Collaborative. He joined our team in 2016 after earning a BFA with an emphasis on sound design from Missouri State University and working at the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts. Originally from Canada, he brings both creativity and technical expertise to his role as Senior AV Consultant and BIM Manager. He contributes mightily to our AV drawings, having transitioned from AutoCAD to Revit early on—with a little project management sprinkled on top. Graham trains team members in Revit, develops and maintains custom tools and automated workflows. Colleagues and clients often joke that it seems like magic how he can deliver exactly what’s needed with little apparent effort.

A maker at heart, Graham enjoys 3D printing, woodworking, and exploring tools that connect design with craft. His passion for problem-solving and innovation makes him a valuable resource, bridging the gap between technical systems with creative solutions.
